WASPS prop Tom West has extended his contract with the club.
The 26-year-old academy graduate is approaching 50 Premiership appearances for Wasps, having made his first-team debut in 2016 against Sale Sharks.
West received his first call-up to the England senior squad in January 2021 ahead of that season’s Guinness Six Nations.
He won the 2016 Junior World Championship with England under-20’s, appearing alongside club colleague Jack Willis.
Wasps Head Coach Lee Blackett said: “We are delighted that Westy has agreed a new contract with us.
“I have really enjoyed watching his development as he’s risen up the pecking order here, all the way to being named in the England squad.
“Tom has become an integral member of our front row unit over the last few years, having come through our Academy.
“We are looking forward to seeing him continue to develop in Black and Gold over the coming seasons and to see where his career goes.”
West added: “I have loved my 10 years at Wasps, from Academy level to my time in the first team now.
“I am excited to commit my future to a Club that is very close to my heart. We have a great group of players, coaches and back-room staff and I can’t wait to continue my development with them.
“I love playing at Coventry Building Society Arena in front of our wonderful fans and I am looking forward to doing that for many more years to come.”
The loosehead prop joined the Wasps Junior Academy while still at Radley College.
During his time in the Senior Academy, he cut his teeth with Henley Hawks, in National League One, and with Championship side Nottingham.
After impressing in the A League and Anglo-Welsh Cup, West made his Premiership debut during the course of a 2017/18 campaign which ended with the award of a first senior contract for the following season.
