John Sillett brings the Checkatrade Trophy home as Coventry City win on club's annual Legends Day 2017

RUBEN Lameiras scored the only goal of the game on Saturday as Coventry City beat Peterborough 1-0 to earn a third consecutive victory under Mark Robins.

It was a special day for the club and its fans with John Sillett returning with the Checkatrade Trophy alongside Academy Manager Rich Stevens.

Over 40 of the club’s former players were paraded onto the pitch at half-time for the club’s tenth annual Legends Day 2017.

Our photographer Shaun Reynolds took some snaps on what was a beautiful, sunny afternoon at the Ricoh Arena.
