COVENTRY Blaze’s fixtures for the 2022/23 Elite League season have been released.
The Blaze begin the Elite League regular season with a road game against the Manchester Storm on Saturday, September 10 (7pm).
The first competitive fixture at the Skydome Arena will be the following night (Sunday, September 11 at 5.30pm) with the Nottingham Panthers coming to Coventry for an Elite League encounter.
And the Blaze will be in a Challenge Cup group with the Cardiff Devils and Guildford Flames with the first fixture in the competition coming at home against the Devils on Sunday, September 18 (5.30pm).
Teams will face each other twice at home and twice away to decide who progresses through to the quarter-finals of the competition.
The Christmas and New Year period will be traditionally busy for the Blaze who will take on the Devils back-to-back, first at home on Boxing Day (5.30pm) and away on Tuesday, December 27 (6pm).
Blaze will travel to Nottingham on New Year’s Eve to face the Panthers (4pm) before the two meet again at Skydome Arena on Bank Holiday Monday, January 2 (5.30pm).
There are two Scotland double headers, first in November and then in January plus a weekend in Belfast in early March.
The Blaze’s final game of the regular season will be on Saturday, April 1 at the Skydome with a 7pm face-off.
The Premier Sports Elite League play-offs will then follow the regular season.
