FOOTBALL - Sky Blues announce squad numbers

LOAN signings Jonathan Panzo and Callum Doyle have taken the number two and three shirts respectively after Coventry City revealed their squad numbers for the 2022/23 campaign.

The numbers were both vacant from the previous season and have been taken up by the defensive duo who will hope to gain plenty of experience in the second tier this season.

And the club’s other new recruit, Kasey Palmer, has selected the number 45 shirt – the same number he wore at previous club Bristol City.

The number seven shirt remains vacant following the departure of Jodi Jones with the same going for the 26 shirt formerly worn by Jordan Shipley.

There have been no number changes between players who were with the club last season.
