COVENTRY City are supporting Coventry foodbanks and Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice at their final game of the season against Middlesbrough.
The club, alongside Coventry Building Society Arena and Sky Blues in the Community, are teaming up with Coventry Foodbank and Feed the Hungry to support the Great Coventry Foodbankathon 2025.
A matchday collection will take place at the CBS Arena ahead of Coventry’s home game against Middlesbrough on Saturday, May 3 with kick-off at 12.30pm.
People across Coventry can raise money for the foodbank by running, walking, skipping or cycling around the city on a 34km route covering the Coventry Foodbank’s centres.
The special matchday food donation scheme at the Arena will see the first 250 donors thanked with a free drink voucher (one per person, Budweiser or soft drink only) to use in the East Stand Fan Village on Saturday.
The foodbank donation point is situated in car park D outside the main entrance of the Arena for donations from 10.30am with fans able to donate up until kick-off at 12.30pm.
Coventry Foodbank provides emergency food for people in crisis and has 15 foodbank centres across the city, all of which will form part of the 34km route for the Great Coventry Foodbankathon.
