BTCC - Ingram still in title contention despite missing out on podium at Snetterton

TOM Ingram kept himself in title contention in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) despite failing to secure a podium finish at Snetterton.

Ingram finished fourth in race three and sixth in race one after placing 16th in race two driving for Team Bristol Street Motors.

The Coventry driver sits third in the drivers’ standings on 110 points, one point behind Colin Turkington and 11 behind leader Ash Sutton.

Ingram returns to the track at Thruxton on June 8 and 9.
