THE SKILL and efforts of a Coventry Police dog have been highlighted in a new video released by officers.
It shows Belgian Malinois PD Arya leading handler PC Steve Wain to track down the suspect from a house where drugs were believed to be present.
The four-year-old – from the ‘Game of Thrones’ litter – helps catch the man and then assists with a search of the house.
A large cannabis factory – with some 400 plants – is discovered. The electricity has been bypassed to provide power for the growing equipment.
Officers also believe the grow is linked to criminal gangs.
Following the find, a 36-year-old Vietnamese man – in the country illegally – is charged with cannabis production.

#DOGS | Braavos to our Police Dog Arya! She hails from the House of Malinois & was born into our Game of Thrones litter.
Like her princess namesake, she is fearless.
Arya delivered a Stark warning to this man who tried running from us during a drugs warrant.
Good girl Arya! pic.twitter.com/ya7wHTGubw
