TRIBUTES adorned the roadside in memory of much-loved Jordan Howell, who died in a fatal collision last week.

The 25-year-old died after his car crashed into a tree on Binley Road near Stoke Green Park last Thursday (January 11).

He was pronounced dead at the scene at around 6am.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a second occupant, a man, was in a critical condition and a third man in his 20s was treated on scene for less serious injuries before being taken to hospital for further checks.

Leading the tributes, his parents described him as a “massively loved son, brother of four and grandson.”

They said he had “a loving big family and lots of loving friends,” adding: “Just a young, honest man trying to live a life that was cruelly taken away from him and us at 25 years old.

“You will never leave us. Always, Mum and Dad.”

Among the tributes lain next to the scene of the crash, Kate, Carl and Bob wrote: “Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday, unseen unheard but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear. RIP Jordan.”

Another simply read: “My bro, I love you forever, like a brother!

“You always looked out for me and I will never forget you. See you on the other side.”

Jordan’s Grandmother and Auntie Lisa wrote: “In loving memory of a dear Grandson. Jordan, you will always be in our hearts.

“God bless sweetheart.”
