COVENTRIANS still have time to get their skates on at the city’s very own winter wonderland outdoors at the Cathedral Ruins.
The magical festive rink – created by a partnership between the Coventry City of Culture Trust and Coventry City Council, with support from the Coventry Business Improvement District – will be open until January 9.
Laura McMillan, director of audience strategy at Coventry City of Culture Trust, urged people to book as soon as possible.
She said: “It’s been fantastic to bring some extra magic to Coventry City Centre this Christmas with Coventry Glides.”
Hot chocolate, hot dogs and even mulled wine is also on sale for the ‘apres skate’.
