CONTRACTORS working on the demolition of Station Tower have announced a full closure of Station Square (north), beginning on January 15.
The closure will be in place for a minimum of 11 days and will allow contractors to safely demolish and remove the lower sections of the tower.
The closure will have an effect on access to the multi storey car park at the rear of Coventry Railway Station – access will be via Stoney Road.
Diversion routes will be clearly marked at all times – access to the drop off and pick up point at the front of the main ticket hall will still be available.
No parts of the ringroad will be affected.
