Police release video of man suspected of stealing £1,000 from lorry in Coventry

POLICE have released a video of a man suspected of stealing £1,000 from a lorry in Coventry in an attempt to trace him.

The incident occurred just off the Foleshill Road, Coventry, on the morning of May 25.

The video shows a clear image of the suspect who attempts to disable the camera before he breaks into the lorry, appearing to make off with the cash.

Coventry Police tweeted: “Do you recognise this man? We want to talk to him after £1,000 was stolen from a lorry cab.

“The incident happened on May 25 at 9.50am. Anyone with information is asked to call police or @CrimestoppersUK.”
