Police release picture of Coventry woman they want to speak to about a bag theft in Leicester

POLICE have released a picture of a woman they want to speak to over the theft of a bag in Leicester.

Officers from Leicestershire Police believe the woman lives in Coventry and have appealed for her or anyone who knows her to get in touch.

The bag had been left by an 18-year-old on a bench at a premises in Calais Hill on July 3 and when she returned it had gone.

PC Neil Deveney, the investigating officer, said: “I believe the woman pictured may have information that could help my investigation.




“If you know who she is, or you’re that person, then please get in touch.”
