Police probing racial abuse aimed at Fulham supporter during this afternoon's Coventry City match

COVENTRY City FC Police have confirmed they are investigating incidents of racial abuse which were directed towards a Fulham supporter.

Officers added they were probing two instances, had spoken to the victim and would be working with the football club to identify those responsible.

Anyone with information on the abuse should call police on 101.

Coventry played Fulham in today’s lunchtime kick-off at the Ricoh at 12.30pm.

The Sky Blues ran out 4-1 winners and are currently third in the Championship table.
