Police appeal after man touched himself inappropriately on a train near Coventry

POLICE are trying to trace a man who touched himself inappropriately on a train in front of a woman.

The incident happened on the cross-country service to Banbury around 4pm on May 2.

The woman who he was looking at was alerted to the man’s behaviour by two women who were sat behind her.

They showed her a note on a mobile phone and allegedly recorded his actions.




was performing his act and the victim was alerted to what was going on by other passengers.

The two women got off the train at Coventry but did not provide their contact details. Officers believe they may have evidence to assist the investigation and are appealing for them to come forward.
