Police appeal after cash in-transit robbery in Nuneaton

POLICE are hunting those responsible for a reported cash-in-transit robbery in Nuneaton yesterday afternoon.

Officers were called shortly after 12.35pm to an incident on Kingswood Road.

It was reported two suspects stole a quantity of cash and then left the scene on foot.

No injuries were reported and no weapons were believed to have been seen.

Officers remained in the area yesterday and a number of enquiries are ongoing.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area, has dash cam footage or information should call Warwickshire Police on 101 orĀ  Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.
