A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
The 28-year-old from Foleshill was arrested after the teenager was attacked as she walked along Woodway Lane just after 2pm on Sunday, September 6.
Detectives following several lines of enquiry arrested the man on Friday (September 11) on suspicion of sexual assault.
He has since been bailed with strict conditions pending further enquiries.
Detective Inspector Sally Simpson, from Coventry Police, said: “The enquiry is continuing and we would ask anyone who was in the area at the time of the offence last Sunday to call us if they saw what happened.”
