YOUNG volunteers bring joy to Abbey Park Care Home through SewaDay Coventry with a show for the residents.

In a heartwarming display of compassion and community spirit, young volunteers from SewaDay Coventry recently captivated the residents of Abbey Park Care Home with a performance aimed at spreading joy and companionship.

SewaDay Coventry is a charitable organisation and has been actively engaged in various programmes, including providing food assistance to those in need across the Coventry area.

On February 16, a group of SewaDay volunteers, aged between 8 and 15 and hailing from Finham Park School, Stratford upon Avon Grammar School, and Grange School, orchestrated a captivating show at Abbey Park Care Home.

The event featured music, dance, and interactive games was aimed to uplift spirits and make meaningful connections among residents, particularly those grappling with dementia.
