A FRESH review of the investigation into the murder of missing Coventry mum Nicola Payne is being carried out.
Today (Monday) marks the 24th anniversary of her disappearance and police have vowed they will continue with their efforts to find Nicola’s remains and bring closure to her family.
This follows the result of the recent criminal trial where two men were acquitted of Nicola’s murder.
A Coventry police spokesperson said their priority remained to locate Nicola’s body so she could finally be laid to rest.
They added they were appealing for anyone with any information regarding this, who has not previously contacted us, to do so.
There is still a £10,000 reward for information leading to locating Nicola.
