Five people in Coventry celebrating People's Postcode Lottery win

FIVE people in Coventry were celebrating yesterday after scooping £1,000 each in the latest People’s Postcode Lottery draw.

The Valley Road neighbours – with the postcode CV2 3JB – were announced as a Daily Prize winners yesterday (Friday).

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Jeff Brazier sent his well-wishes to the winners.

He said: “‘A big congratulations to our winners in Coventry today!

“What a great way to end the week. I’m sure they’ll enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to something special.’

A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.

This draw was promoted on behalf of Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) which has received more than £3.5million in funding thanks to players. RNIB is one of the UK’s leading sight loss charities and the largest community of blind and partially sighted people.
