ENTRIES for the National Junior Para Swimming Championships in Coventry are now open, where the Paralympic stars of tomorrow will get the chance to show their speed.
Organised by Activity Alliance and supported by Swim England, the event will take place at the Alan Higgs Centre from June 18 to 19.
This will be the first championships to take place since the start of the pandemic.

The events will be split into three groups depending on age, with those aged between 10 and 13 by the end of 2022 competing in Group A.
Those aged 14 to 16 by that date will be banded into Group B with swimmers between 17 and 18 making up the group C category.
Athletes will be competing in various types of races including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and the individual medley.
The weekend feature two event sessions at midday and 4pm on the Saturday with another series of races starting at 9.30am on the Sunday.
To enter, participants must be a registered member of a swimming club affiliated to Swim England, Scottish Swimming or Swim Wales.
An application form needs to be filled out and submitted before midday on May 7. It will cost swimmers £13 for each event they enter.
