THE best young footballers in the country will be descending on Coventry’s CBS Arena on Friday, May 6 for the ESFA’s Under 11 Inter-School Primary Cup Finals.
The seven-a-side tournament will see 24 teams compete from across the country – all have won their district, county and regional rounds.
Teams will compete in either the School Teams trophy, the Girls Cup and the Small Schools’ Cup, with the National Champions being decided by the end of the day.
Excited school teams will be taking to the turf of Coventry City’s stadium for the first time, with 2019s tournament held at Birmingham City’s St Andrew’s Stadium.
Kings Norton Primary School will be Warwickshire’s representative in the School Teams trophy having qualified from their regional tournament.
The games are free to watch and will kick off at midday, with gates open from 10:30am.
A refreshment kiosk will be open throughout the tournament.
Only people aged 18 or over will need to pre-book their ticket and there are opportunities to make donations to the English Schools FA at the tournament.
