AN ELDERLY man was found lying in a busy Coventry road with serious injuries on Friday night (September 25).
It is believed the 75-year-old may have been hit by a vehicle, which then failed to stop.
The man was found on Binley Road at the junction with Far Gosford Street in Stoke about 10.45pm.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition with substantial injuries to his pelvis, legs and back.
