EDITOR'S COMMENT: Coventry's advances in arts and science bode well for future

Les Reid 29th Sep, 2018

It’s great to see Coventry making significant advances in arts and science, in recognition of our historic and modern credentials.

This week, we bring you news of prestigious British Science Festival coming to the Coventry and Warwickshire region for the first time in nearly 200 years.

An internationally renowned artwork, French post-impressionist Paul C├ęzanne’s masterpiece ‘Montagne Sainte-Victoire with Large Pine’ is coming to the Herbert from London

And last weekend’s amazing Festival of Imagineers – with its weird and wonderful creations – demonstrated how the creativity and ingenuity on which our city was built is alive and well – which bodes well for the future.
