UPDATED: Coventry man charged in off-road bike murder probe

A MAN has been charged with the murder in Coventry of Thady Joe Higgins who had allegedly been punched by an off-road biker.

Police say Mr Higgins had challenged a biker over his reckless riding near Jubilee Crescent, Radford, on Tuesday evening.

He suffered a serious head injury and never regained consciousness.

James Rowley has been remanded in custody to appear before Coventry Magistrates Court tomorrow (23 March).




The 20-year-old of Bowness Close, Radford, is also accused of dangerous driving and other motoring offences.
