COVENTRY Fire Station is among the latest buildings to be decorated with a Window Wanderland design.
Firefighters posted these images from the front window of the station’s community room on social media.
They depict a firefighter extinguishing a blaze and others with a hose and carrying out a rescue.
Firefighters posted on Twitter: “Why not walk past our station and take a picture?”
Window Wanderland, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, urges people to decorate their front windows and gardens and runs until March 19.
Held ahead of Coventry’s year as the UK City of Culture, it is aimed at bringing the community an city together in a fun and creative way while the lockdown is still in place and people can be as simple or as elaborate with their designs as they like.
