Coventry City Council's garden waste collections set to end for the season

Coventry Editorial 27th Nov, 2021   0

COVENTRY City Council will cease its garden waste collections from December 13 until February, writes Amy Ford.

The brown-lidded bins will not be needed as much because people tend to get out less during the winter months.

Residents have been reassured London Road Tip will still be open for public use if needed.

Slots need to be booked by visiting coventry.gov.uk/tipbooking or by calling 08085 834333

People who have garden waste collections have been urged to make sure they do not miss their last one of the season and to ensure their bins are out at 7am on the collection day.

People can also order a Christmas bin collection calendar at coventry.gov.uk/requestbincalendar emailing @coventry.gov.uk or by calling 02476 975532.

Visit coventry.gov.uk/bindays for general bin collection dates and times.
