COVENTRY’S Forbidden Planet has reopened its store in the city.

The shop, which offers an extensive range of comics, books, toys, games and collectables, is based at 31 Cross Cheaping.

To ensure the safety of customers and staff, Covid-safe measures have been put in place, including social distancing and face coverings.




Forbidden Planet is the world’s largest and best-known science fiction, fantasy and cult entertainment retailer and the largest UK stockist of the latest comics, graphic novels and manga.

It specialises in selling action figures, clothing and all the best merchandise from your favourite movies, video games and TV shows – plus a huge range of books on science fiction and science fact, as well as cult and pulp titles people will not find anywhere else.
