BANDS in the Park is back with a series of live music concerts across Coventry over the summer.
The first event took place as part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations and will continue at Holbrooks Park on June 19.
The event will take place between 2pm and 3:30pm and will feature the popular Dene River Jazz.
Bands in the Park afternoons are free and will be taking place across Coventry on Sundays between now and the end of September.
The summer programme includes Bands in the Park regulars as well as brand new groups for this year.
Coventry City Council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for parks, Coun Abdul Salam Khan, said: “It’s lovely to be able to welcome back this much-loved series of mini-concerts for people to get out into the fresh air and listen to some great music.
“I hope everyone has fun at this great series of free events and continues to enjoy all our lovely parks across the city.”
