ARMED POLICE raided a property in Foleshill and arrested two men on suspicion of drug dealing.
Residents took to social media to raise their alarm that firearms police descended on Thornhill Road.
One resident claimed he thought it must have been ‘something bad’ and was ordered to go back in the house by police – who had blocked off the road.
One other said there was a helicopter circling the area.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “Police have arrested two men after a warrant was carried out at an address in Thornhill Road, Foleshill this morning (Wednesday, April 3).
“The men, aged 25 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug after a large amount of cannabis was found at the property.
