GAS company Cadent is moving 1,000 jobs to Coventry after announcing it will be closing its Hinckley headquarters.
Staff have been offered the chance to move to Ansty Park or work from home.
A staff consultation has been launched on the proposals and the firm said there would be no job cuts.
