Gabrielle set to join Ronan Keating at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena

NINETIES stars Gabrielle and Ronan Keating are set to perform at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena.

Singer Gabrielle will join Ronan Keating at the Ricoh Arena as part of the Coventry Live programme on Friday 30 March.

Gabrielle is a multi-platinum selling and two-time winner at the BRIT Awards, best known for her singles ‘Rise’, ‘Out of Reach’ and ‘Dreams’, the latter being her debut single which topped the UK Charts in 1993.

Currently recording a brand new album, which will be her first studio album in over 10 years, the Coventry gig gives local music lovers a great opportunity to see two great live performers on the same bill.

Coventry live is a programme of live music concerts which will take place in the Ericsson Indoor Arena at the Ricoh Arena this spring.

Lee House, events manager at Coventry City council, said: “We’re really excited that Gabrielle is coming to perform in the city. Both Gabrielle and Ronan will put on fantastic performances at the Ricoh Arena. “The tickets are on sale now so whether you’re after a Mother’s Day gift, attending with friends or treating yourself, be sure to hurry so you don’t miss out!”

Nick Eastwood, chief executive at the Ricoh Arena, added: “We’re looking forward to hosting two of the most celebrated names of the 90s era.

“As a venue we are committed to bringing a variety of top music artists to the city, and having Gabrielle and Ronan Keating performing is a fitting way to kick off what is set to be a busy year of music at the Ricoh Arena.”

Tickets are priced at £35 plus usual booking fee and are available fromwww.eticketing.co.uk/ricoharena or www.ticketmaster.co.uk

The concert forms part of a great year of live music in Coventry including BBC Music’s The Biggest Weekend, Godiva Festival and these Coventry Live gigs.
