West Midlands Police said the victim - understood to be a Romanian woman in her 20s - was discovered with a stab wound to her stomach and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Paramedics were called to the flat in Culworth Court at around 11pm on Wednesday night.

Three men - aged 26, 34 and 23 - have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are being quizzed by detectives about the death.

Officers have spent the day carrying out house to house enquiries and forensic examinations at the scene.
