Bobby Gould's Nutters XI in FourFourTwo magazine.
SIX former Coventry players feature in a Nutters XI selected by one-time City boss Bobby Gould.
The two-time manager who also had two spells as a player with the Sky Blues was charged with picking a team of hardmen in the latest edition of FourFourTwo magazine.
Gould picked Brian Roberts and Stuart Pearce as his full backs, Dennis Wise in midfield with John Harston upfront. On his bench were Bill Glazier and Micky Quinn.
The rest of the team was goalkeeper John Burridge, central defenders Jack Charlton and Norman Hunter, Vinny Jones, Danny Hegan and Keith Robson in midfield with John Fashanu up front. On the bench were Wally Downes and Ian Holloway.
"I'd respect this lot and they'd have to respect me. They'd be a challenge, but I'd love to lead them," Gould, who won the FA Cup as manager of 'Crazy Gang' Wimbeldon in 1989, told the magazine.
