Hi: 15° Lo:6° 7 day

BINS were collected in Coventry on Friday for the first time in the week.
Green household bins, as well as blue lidded bins from residents who usually have a Friday collection, were emptied.
It comes after a week of uncertainty from council bosses over the issue.
They blamed icy conditions for sending binmen home instead of out onto the streets.
The council said: "We will try to get to as many properties as possible.
"If we are unable to empty your bin please take it back in and put it out again next week at your usual time."
An extra collection of recycling will be done this coming week, alongside normally scheduled household collection.
Locals missed this week have been asked to put blue-lidded bins out with green-lidded bins. Additional bags of rubbish and recycling will be taken away next week.
In neighbouring areas, bin collections have been run as usual but city council chiefs have insisted health and safety issues led to bins not being emptied.
