SKY Blues midfielder Franck Moussa believes he can improve as a player after putting pen-to-paper on a permanent deal with the League One club.

The 23-year-old had previously been on a rolling monthly contract when he signed on a short term basis back in September when manager Mark Robins took over.

And now Moussa has his sights set on helping the Sky Blues continue their push for a play-off spot.

"I'm really enjoying my football at the moment and I feel like I'm in a good environment to improve and develop as a player," said Moussa.

"It's a good opportunity for me here and I'm happy to be here and hopefully things can keep going well.

"At the start of the season the club wanted to look at promotion but the start wasn't great but we're starting to catch up a bit now so we will see where we can take it."

Moussa was initially out of contract when Robins brought him to the Sky Blues and his performances in recent weeks have impressed manager Mark Robins.

"He's a good lad and he's contributed greatly to the run we've been on and hopefully he will be with the club for a long time. He's still got things to learn but he is an honest, hard-working player who will get better and better and it's great to see the way the fans have taken to him and made him feel at home."
