CHRISTMAS comes early at the Herbert Art Gallery on Saturday as the venue holds its annual festive gift today.
Making Merry sees handmade gifts and decorations sold on dozens of stalls at the city centre attraction.
Music from some of the region's best choirs and acoustic acts will be on offer with city based Soulful and Ensemble 1685 performing both gospel and traditional Christmas songs throughout the day.
Devon Mayson and Matthew Lakey will provide the acoustic feel in the cafe.
Mini workshops and gift-wrapping sessions will take place throughout to keeo the kids happy. And city favourite Nativity will also be screened at 2pm with a £1 entry fee.
Olivia Holmes, events assistant, said "Making Merry is the perfect event to do a bit of Christmas shopping and get into the festive spirit without any stress.
"We love working with local crafters and artists to bring people beautiful and unusual Christmas gifts that they won't find anywhere else."
Making Merry takes place from 10am to 4pm this Saturday (December 8).
