ROMAN soldiers invaded Arena Park Library.
They made the short trip from the Lunt Fort in Baginton to teach youngsters about life from their time as well as show them coins and artifacts, and even try on their battle armour.
It was one of a number of events held during the recent schools' half term holidays.
Library manager Dawn Hutt said: "This was a new adventure for us and we hoped it would offer children the opportunity to be amused and amazed by these impressive Roman Guards."
