A TEENAGER from Coventry has been questioned over the murder of a man outside a nightclub.
The 18-year-old woman has been bailed by police following Thomas Kirwan's death in Wolverhampton earlier this month.
She had been arrested by officers at 11.15am on Friday.
Mr Kirwan, 23, was fatally stabbed outside Uberra on Saturday, July 8 after trouble inside the venue spilled on to the street.
Three 18-year-old men and a 19-year-old man have also been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
Police have trawled through CCTV footage from the club and Detective Inspector Warren Hines, leading the inquiry, said officers were continuing to investigate evens leading up to the death.
"We have spoken to a number of people who were in the nightclub but there are many who have yet to come forward.
"I would appeal to those people to do the right thing and speak to my officers so they can decide how significant the information those people have may be.
"Tom was a hard-working young man who had his life ahead of him. We have a team of dedicated officers who are determined to get to the bottom of how he died."
Anyone with information should contact Force CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
