A 63-YEAR-OLD man from Sunderland has been charged over a crash on the M6 which killed a four-year-old girl from Coventry.
He will appear at Solihull Magistrates' Court on Thursday when he will answer a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
Priyanka Bhogal suffered serious injures when the car she was travelling in was involved in a multiple vehicle collision on the M6 in the early hours of Sunday, November 27.
She died later in hospital.
She was one of eight people injured in the smash involving five vehicles collided on the M6 southbound between junctions 4a and 4. The seven others were not seriously hurt.
