And today the band have announced the support acts for the eagerly anticipated tour which will also include performances in London, Sunderland and Manchester.

Swedish singer Robyn, whose famous hits include Show Me Love, With Every Heartbeat and Dancing on my Own, will be joined by up-and-coming singer Rita Ora, who is part of Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label.

Coldplay will become the latest big name act to perform in front of thousands of fans at the home of the Sky Blues, after the likes of Oasis, Take That and more recently Kings of Leon.
