WITH this year’s wedding season now in full swing we have teamed up with the Holiday Inn Coventry South to offer one of our readers the chance to enjoy their big day - for free.

This fantastic prize is for a £1,999 wedding package at the hotel on London Road based on 40 guests for the wedding breakfast and 70 for the evening reception.

Right from your very first visit to the Holiday Inn Coventry South a dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to assist you every step of the way.

With wedding packages available from £1,999, they will work along side you to help plan a wonderful day for you and your guests.

The hotel boasts 51 en-suite bedrooms including two bridal suites, designed with comfort in mind.

The magnificent Camelot Suite can hold a maximum of 180 guests during the day and 250 during the evening with its own private bar and lounge area so the celebrations can continue until the early hours.

The hotel is licensed to host civil ceremonies and civil partnerships; your complete wedding venue all under one roof. There are also new Prom packages from £14.95 per guest and Celebration packages from £399 for 50 guests.

To be in with a chance of your big day for free at the Holiday Inn Coventry South simply tell us in no more than 150 words why you think you deserve the prize. The winner will be announced at the hotel’s next wedding fayre on Sunday, September 25 from 11am to 3pm. The fayre is free admission and car parking, and you can enjoy a glass of Bucks Fizz on arrival.

On the day you can meet a wide selection of wedding specialists and exhibitors to discuss all aspects of your wedding planning and also meet the Holiday Inn team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Dream Wedding Package is based on 40 guests for a wedding breakfast and 70 guests for an evening reception. If you wish to you may increase your numbers and/or enhance the package – current prices at time of booking will be applied. Wedding must be held within the next 12 months; booking dates subject to availability. The offer is only available to new bookings. This offer is not available to couples who have already booked a venue (whether at the Holiday Inn Coventry South or elsewhere). The winner may be required to participate in press coverage. The prize is not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash. A token refundable deposit of £100 will be taken at time of booking and then refunded the day of the wedding to guarantee the booking.
